Shipping Information

All items are handmade, and many are one-of-a-kind. I take care to package each piece safely and securely for its journey to you. There may be recycled materials used in the wrapping, protection and boxing of your parcel - we aim to be kind to the environment and re-use what we can. If you are local to Ballarat, Victoria, you can contact me to arrange for direct collection from my studio.

Processing Times

Orders are typically prepared and shipped within 1-3 business days.
If you require your order urgently, please contact me directly before purchasing to make arrangements to ship sooner.

Shipping Rates

Shipping is available Australia-wide via Australia Post at a flat rate of $9 per parcel.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Standard Post: 3–7 business days

• Express Post: 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates provided by Australia Post and may vary due to postal delays that are outside my control.

International Shipping (Optional)

Due to the recent complexities around tariffs in the US we are not offering International Shipping as part of our checkout process.

However if you are outside of Australia and wish to purchase, please contact me directly via email mainichi@mainichi.com.au I would be happy to discuss the possibility of shipping

Tracking

All parcels include tracking. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once an order has been lodged with Australia Post, delivery becomes the responsibility of the carrier.
If your parcel is significantly delayed or appears lost, I will support you in lodging inquiries with Australia Post.

Shipping Materials

Where possible, packaging is recycled, recyclable or biodegradable, in line with Mainichi’s sustainability values.
