Please contact me immediately with photos and your order number. Faulty items will be repaired, replaced or refunded in line with Australian Consumer Law.
How long will my order take to ship?
Orders are typically shipped within 1-3 business days.
Delivery time depends on your location and chosen shipping method.
Do you ship internationally?
Due to the complexities of the US tariffs our international deliveries are currently paused. If you are located outside of Australia and would like to purchase please contact me directly to make arrangements.
Can I request a custom piece?
Yes, I accept custom or made-to-order requests depending on materials and studio schedule. Custom pieces cannot be returned as change of mind. Get in touch if you would like to commission something special.
How should I care for my jewellery?
Avoid getting wet, a little splashing of water is OK but do not immerse in water. Brooches and felt necklaces can be carefully spot cleaned, but note these are generally made with natural fibres such as wool, silk and cotton and will require the appropriate care.
Leather and wood pieces should be regularly nourished with a beeswax based polish - we have 50g tubs available for $10. Make a note when you checkout and we can arrange for you to add one of these to your purchase (also great to use on your kitchen chopping board).
Do you have a shopfront?
Aside from our virtual shop right here, Mainichi is also available in select retailers in Victoria and South Australia, including;
Made Of: Ballarat, Ballarat, Victoria
The Crafty Squirrel, Ballarat, Victoria
Fabrik Arts, Lobethal, South Australia
Something Special Concept Store, Adelaide, South Australia
Showies Boutique, Rundle Mall, Adelaide, South Australia
Where are your materials sourced from?
I have a large stash of Japanese and vintage fabrics collected over the years directly from Tokyo and Kyoto, Japan, as well as local sources closer to home in Victoria. Other favourite sources are the former Adelaide Remakery, Reverse Garbage Brisbane, and any other local Op Shop or vintage market we can get along to. Timber is sourced from ethical local suppliers, other makers, and salvaged from building sites. Leather is sourced from local upholsterers, manufacturers and suppliers.
Do you run workshops?
I have in the past, and plan to commence workshops in 2026, once a suitable space has been secured. Keep an eye on social media for announcements, or subscribe to the newsletter to be the first to hear.
